If a project is canceled before work has begun, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Monthly marketing services can be canceled at any time, but payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable.
Project Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a project, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Any work completed up to the cancellation date may be billed accordingly.
Exceptions
